Mr. DK Dhungana began as an entrepreneur in 1995 as the founder of Radiant school at sanepa. Today, he is one of the most bankable names when it comes to successful educationist and entrepreneur of the country.

In 2010, alongside managing Radiant, Mr. Dhungana took the challenge of running Oxbridge College as CEO, a failing college with only 280 students. Under his competent leadership, Oxbridge has transformed into what is today country’s most sought-after management college in Lalitpur.

This trend of successfully transforming educational institutions continued further with Radiant Montessori (Director since 2013), Oxbridge College (Executive Chairman since 2014) and Mollihs college since 2016.

Each of the colleges has adopted modern teaching modality, with technology seamlessly integrated into students’ learning, at classroom and beyond. Mr. Dhungana has been successful at instilling the concept of holistic development in all of these organisations and therefore students are encouraged to go beyond academic texts, to learn by doing.

It is indeed a proof of his competent leadership that there are over three thousand students receiving quality education, and thousands of parents ensured of their children’s sound learning and professional development.

His efforts are in precise alignment with his “big-picture” goal, that of establishing a Nepali private university that shall serve as the center of research and academic excellence, worldwide!

Mr Dhungana is also the President of PABSON, past Governer of lions club. He has contributed in education sector for more than three decades. He is also sough after Motivational trainer and has trained more than 2000 leaders fro around the nation.
